How to clear your browser Cache and Cookies

When (persistent) problems such as logging in, passwords, hanging pages and sending messages, it sometimes can helps to clear the cookies and cache memory of the browser.
Here we explain how you can do this per browser.

Google Chrome
1. Click on the three bars in the browser toolbar (top right of the screen).
2. Select 'Settings'.
3. Select 'Advanced' at the bottom.
4. Click on 'Clear browsing data'.
5. In the drop-down menu you now see, check the browsing history, download history, cached images and files and the cookies and other site data.
6. Click on the 'Clear browsing data' button at the bottom.
7. Close the browser completely and restart it.
8. Then go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and all functions should now function again.

Safari
1. Open the Safari browser.
2. Then select the 'Safari' button at the top left of the screen.
3. Then click on the 'Clear history' button.
4. Then select 'whole history'.
5. Now close the browser completely and restart Safari.
6. Then go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and all functions should now function again.

Firefox
1. Click on the menu icon at the top right of the screen.
2. Then click on the 'Options' button.
3. Then click on 'Privacy' in the menu on the left.
4. Now click on 'clear your recent history' under the heading 'History'.
5. In the choice menu that you now get for yourself, make sure that the 'time period to be deleted' is set to 'everything'.
6. Select 'Cookies' and 'Buffer' under the heading 'Details'.
7. Then click on 'Clear Now'.
8. Now close the browser and restart Firefox.
9. Then go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and all functions should now function again.

Microsoft Edge
1. Click on the menu icon at the top right of the screen.
2. Then click on the 'Settings' button.
3. Then click on 'Choose what you want to miss' in the menu under the heading 'Clear browsing data'.
4. In the selection menu select 'Cookies and stored website data' and 'Data and files in the cache'. So you make sure that these are checked.
5. Then click on 'Delete'.
6. Wait for the data to be deleted.
7. Now close the browser and restart it;
8. Then go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and all functions should now function again.

Internet Explorer
1. Click on the gear icon (or via the combination Alt + X) at the top right of the screen.
2. Click on 'Internet options'.
3. Under the 'General' tab, go to the 'Browser data' header.
4. Click on the 'Delete' button.
5. In the drop-down menu you now see, check the first four boxes (Keep data from favorite websites, Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, History).
6. Then click on the 'Delete' button.
7. Wait until the confirmation "The selected browsing history has been deleted" appears at the bottom of the screen.
8. Now close your browser completely and restart Internet Explorer.
9. Then go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and all functions should now function again.

Mobile devices

iOS - iPhone & iPad
1. Tap on the 'Settings' App.
2. Then select 'Safari' at the bottom of the settings menu.
3. Then tap the 'Clear history and website data' button.
4. Confirm this in the pop up.
5. Go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and all functions should now function again.

Android Mobile
1. Tap the menu icon 'Settings' in the browser toolbar (top right of the screen).
2. Tap on 'Privacy & security'.
3. Tap 'Clear browsing data'.
4. In the drop-down menu you now see, check the first three boxes: Browser history, Cache, Cookies and site data.
5. Tap 'Delete'.
6. Now close your browser completely and restart it.
7. Then go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and all functions should now function again.
