How to clear cache and cookies

If you experience issues such as login errors, slow page loading, missing updates, or problems sending messages, clearing your browser cache and cookies can often fix the issue.

Desktop devices

Clear cache and cookies on desktop browsers

Follow the steps below for your browser. After clearing the data, fully close the browser, reopen it, and return to www.myladyboycupid.com.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Go to Privacy and security.
  4. Click Delete browsing data.
  5. Select a time range such as All time.
  6. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  7. Click Delete data.
  8. Restart Chrome and visit www.myladyboycupid.com again.

Safari

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the top menu.
  3. Select Clear History.
  4. Choose all history.
  5. Confirm the action.
  6. Close Safari completely and reopen it.
  7. Go back to www.myladyboycupid.com and check whether the issue is solved.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click the menu button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Open Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
  5. Click Clear Data.
  6. Select Cookies and Site Data and Temporary Cached Files and Pages.
  7. Click Clear.
  8. Restart Firefox and return to www.myladyboycupid.com.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Open Privacy, search, and services.
  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  5. Select a time range such as All time.
  6. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  7. Click Clear now.
  8. Restart Edge and return to www.myladyboycupid.com.

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer and click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Internet options.
  3. Under the General tab, find Browsing history.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Select the items you want to remove, including Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
  6. Click Delete to confirm.
