For instance, as you go about using our service to build meaningful connections, we use your information to maintain your account and your profile, to make it viewable to other users and recommend other users to you.

For instance, we analyze users' behavior on our services to continuously improve our offerings, we suggest offers we think might interest you, and we process information for administrative, fraud detection and other legal purposes.
Analyses based on tracking, remarketing tools
In order to continuously improve and optimize our offer, we use so-called tracking technology.
We use Universal Analytics for our user analysis. This allows us to collect information about the use of our offers on multiple devices ("Cross Device"). We use a pseudonym as a user ID with cookie technology, with which no personal data is sent to Google. You can use the Google browser plugin (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout? ) opt out of the collection and storage of your data. You must then perform this so-called opt-out on all systems that you use, so for example also in another browser or on your mobile device. Learn more about Universal Analytics at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2838718
The following Google Analytics advertising features are enabled:
- Remarketing with Google Analytics
- Impression reporting for the Google Display Network
- Report demographic and interest data
- Integrated services for advertising purposes for which Google Analytics collects data through advertising cookies and IDs
These advertising features allow Google Analytics to collect data about traffic through Google advertising cookies and IDs. (more information at;https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/types/). This in addition to the data collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation.
Google Ads (remarketing)
MyLadyboyCupid also uses the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The remarketing function allows us to refer users of our website to other websites within the Google display network (on Google itself, so-called "Google ads" or on other websites) that contain advertisements that may be of interest. For this purpose, the user's interaction on our site is analyzed, e.g. which offers the user is interested in, in order to be able to show the users targeted advertising on other pages even after visiting our website. For this reason, Google stores a number in the browsers of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network. This number, referred to as a "cookie", is used to record the visits of this user. The number is intended to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular computer and not to identify a person. The information recorded by the cookie about the use the information of this website (including your IP address) is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. We would like to point out that on Google Ads on this website the code gat._anonymizeIp() has been extended in order to guarantee an anonymous registration of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Your IP address will therefore only be recorded by Google in abbreviated form at our request, so that anonymity is guaranteed and no traces of your identity are left behind. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or other member states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
You can prevent the installation of cookies by making a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, please note that you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. In addition, you can disable the interest-related advertisements on Google as well as the interest-related advertisements of Google itself on the Internet (within the Google Display Network) in your browser by clicking www.google.nl/settings/ads Click the Deactivate link in the Deactivation settings submenu item. In addition, you can also use interest-related advertising under https://www. networkadvertising.org/choices/?partnerId=1/ Disable cookies per Opt-Out. An Opt-Out cookie is placed on your computer for this.
How we share the information we collect
Since our goal is to help you make meaningful connections, the main sharing of users' information is, of course, with other users. We also share some users' information with service providers and partners who assist us in operating the services and, in some cases, legal authorities. Read on for more details about how your information is shared with others.

These third parties assist us with various tasks, including data hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer care, moderation, marketing, advertising, payment processing and security operations. We may also share information with partners who distribute and assist us in advertising our services.
For corporate transactions: We may transfer your information if we are involved, whether in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or other change of ownership or control.

However, even after you delete your account, we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes or to protect member safety. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

You may also revoke your consent to processing and ask us to delete your information. However, for your protection and the protection of all of our users, we may ask you to provide proof of identity before we can answer these requests.
Also, we may not be able to accommodate certain requests to object to the processing of personal information, notably where such requests would not allow us to provide our service to you anymore. For instance, we cannot provide our service if we do not have your date of birth.
You can request a portable copy of your information, by contacting our customer support.
